Weight Training London

personal training & sport rehabilitation gym

There are over 2000 health clubs in London alone, but you can count on one hand the number of exercise centres that promote efficient strength and conditioning training with weights.

Of course many establishments have a free weight area, generally even in a big health club, this area is normally always cramped and put to one side of the training floor and overrun with grunters and groaners who leave what little selection of weights there are, laying around and commandeer equipment. Or alternatively the ‘on the mobile brigade’ who constantly avoid any consistent momentum when in the gym and also disturb  others around them. Certainly there is no motivation to get in and train with fluidity, rhythm and momentum that helps the body flow from one movement and effort to another to give a seamless whole body conditioning session.

Its no wonder that there is little encouragement for novices and beginners to start and keep up a good weights conditioning routine and most people then fall into the trap of continuous aerobic work – which is good for some purposes but just never really gets the job done properly, even if its just losing a little and a nip and tuck here and there.

Fortunately there is an oasis of a great gym in LONDON, maxfit.co.uk where consideration is given to ensure all newcomers are trained properly and effectively with a good understanding of what they are doing and why. A gym where discipline and courtesy are highly maintained and a gym that provides some 6000 sq feet of well organised and tidy training area with a massive well set out selection of free weights and training machines. A gym where all individuals can feel comfortable whether male or female, fat or thin or young or old. An efficient well thought out environment, a welcoming and knowledgeable team always there encouraging and helping to make sure everyone gets the best out of each visit.
