Training courses and workshops for instructors

Instructor workshops and courses are run at intervals. Groups are small with high amount of practical application.

These comprise modules:

  • Mastering and teaching basic training techniques
  • Formulating and planning specific routines.
  • Body part targeting and effective split training.
  • Advanced training and methods of supersetting/pre-exhaust/tri and giant setting.
  • Injury assessment and safe rehab training and advice on common sports injuries.
