Ladies, training with weights correctly will strengthen, stretch and tone you, decrease body fat increase lean muscle, boosting metabolism allowing you to burn more calories faster, even when sleeping!

Lifting sufficient weight also increases the density of our bones which begin to degenerate in women from the age of 35 leading to brittle bones, arthritis and frailty.
